2015 Abu Dhabi GP - Preview

by Cato Batista, 26/11/2015 16:53:07

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is it, the 19th and last round of the 2015 Championship coming up this weekend for the Abu Dhabi GP.

2015 Brasilian GP - Results - Erik claims his 1st in style; more lead changes

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This was more or less decided at the start. Another Mercedes one-two with Nico in front. Another unexciting race save from VER showing us overtaking is still possible in F1. For the many conspiracy theorists at the CFA more confirmation that Mercedes is manipulating the outcome in favor of the German driver now that the Championship has been settled. BOT never had a chance to crash with Kimi, he wasn’t close enough finishing 5th. HUL drove a flawless race (he always excels here) to claim the last CFA-paying position.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Formula 1 is so irrelevant in a day like this. But we have to carry on.

FIfth straight pole by Nico by 78 thousands over Lewis. Ladies and Gentlemen,

The penultimate race of the year is next. Let’s get prepared for the Brasilian GP this coming weekend.

Politics are centre stage now that the Drivers’ and Manufacturers’ Championships are decided. And politics in F1 are as vicious as anywhere else, or worst.

There’s no agreement no solution in sight for the engine supply problem. The FIA proposal to tender a ‘generic’ power plant at low cost was generally accepted by all but vetoed by Ferrari to the particular disgust of Jean Todt. Ferrari is looking after its own interest, same a Mercedes that next year will have better engines for the works team than those supplied for the ...
